The hotel's central location near the Hachiko Monument was convenient. The staff was consistently courteous and offered us great suggestions. We enjoyed the complimentary water in our double room every day. The airport being only 16 miles away was a plus.

The location is fantastic, very close to Shibuya Railway station, tourist attractions, and parks. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful in giving directions. The twin room had a very comfortable bed and fast internet.

The hotel is exceptionally clean and situated in a contemporary building in a very accessible area. the location is magnificent, just a 10-15 minutes' walk from Saigoyama Park. the rooms are spacious and come with complimentary water, offering a great view of the Shibuya Scramble.

everything is really good here, had an excellent stay for a weekend. the twin room is huge and has a coffee table, fast working wifi, and a safe. the beds are large and the staff is super-friendly and outstandingly accommodating. the location is great with public parking available nearby. hakushu, where you can eat lunch, is approx 10-15 minutes' walk from the hotel.

I would stay here again - it was a good experience with wonderful views. The hotel is wonderful, with a delicious breakfast, brand-new rooms, and a comfy bed. They offer good service, and the parking is nearby.

my stay at the hotel in Shibuya was outstanding. The location was perfect, right next to the metro station and the famous Shibuya crossing. The room was spacious and had a wonderful view. the hotel exceeded my expectations and made my wedding ceremony even more special.

The location is undeniably great! It simply can't be more central in Shibuya. Too bad there was no gym. The breakfast was ok but not very luxurious. But you had a wonderful view from the 29th floor!

The location of the hotel was very central, adjacent to the many bars and live venues in the area and JR and subway stations and main shopping area and lots of restaurants and casual eateries. It also was right on top of the metro.
